About the Company

FA Brands Limited, established in 2004, is a diversified West African Merchant House headquartered in Ghana. The company specializes in aggregating and exporting high-quality agricultural commodities, including coffee, soybeans, shea nuts, raw cashew nuts, and cassava chips. It connects small-scale African farmers to global markets through an integrated supply chain involving Farmer-Based Organizations (FBOs), cooperatives, small village aggregators, and third-party SME suppliers.

FA Brands trades in several commodities, including Green Robusta Coffee, Arabica (Hybrid), Non-GMO Soybeans, Sheanuts, Raw Cashew Nuts, and Cassava Chips. Over the years, it has operated various business lines, such as exporting soft commodities, producing and processing crude palm oil and shea butter, and building commercial distribution networks across the West African ECOWAS market for consumer products.

The company’s purchasing activities rely on a network of warehouse-based buying centres that support farmers and collectors in Ghana and parts of Nigeria, with 65 warehouses and 82 buying centres currently operating in Ghana.

What we are doing

FA Brands Ltd's experience in diverse business lines includes:

1. Exporting soft commodities such as groundnuts, red sorghum, cassava chips, coarse-grained cassava meal, shea nuts, shea butter, and hibiscus flower.
2. Production and processing of crude palm oil, shea butter, and confectionery-grade salted peanuts.
3. Building and operating commercial distribution networks across the West Africa (ECOWAS) market for a growing portfolio of consumer products.
